Cancellations

You may cancel your registration for an event up to 48 hours before the event start time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@theone.community with your registration ID.

Once your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timelines

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
